Shipping information:
We currently ship within the continental United States only. All orders will be shipped using UPS, USPS, or FedEx Ground Service. We will make every effort to ship your order within one business day from the time you place your order.
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for alternate shipping options and related fees.
Standard shipping rates for delivery within the continental United States are set forth below.
$0 - $49 $9.95
$50 - $99 $11.95
$100 - $149 $14.95
$150 - $399 $19.95
$400 - $749 $24.95
$750 - $999 $29.95
$1000 and up $34.95
Additional shipping and handling fees may apply due to excessive weight, value, fragility, and/or volume.
Sales tax:
Sales tax of 8.9% will be charged for all orders shipped within the state of Washington.
Returns / Exchanges
Returns are accepted on unused and saleable items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us before returning your items.

Damaged items must be reported to Urchin within 48 hours of delivery. Please call us at (206) 448 – 5800 or email us at sales@urchinseattle.com with details of the damaged item(s).
